Safe Saskatchewan’s mandate of decreasing unintentional injuries has led us to support many injury prevention organizations. We would like to continue working with as many groups as possible, no matter how specialized their interest in a specific injury prevention area.
Safe Saskatchewan’s short-term goals are focused on:
- increasing general public awareness of the unintentional injury epidemic;
- reducing the number of farming and ranching injuries; and
- reducing the number of injuries that result from seniors’ falls.
