Meet Rebecca

Read all about Rebecca and her story.

My name is Rebecca. I’m 11 years old and in the fifth grade. In my family there is my mom, my dad, my brother Curtis, my sister Shannon and our dog Crash. Curtis is 13 and Shannon is 9.

I love playing fastball, telling ghost stories around a campfire and the Harry Potter books are the best! My favourite subject in school is science and one thing that I dislike is making my bed. Every weekend my best friend Trish and I go rollerblading in the park. Sometimes mom even lets me get a treat from 7-11. If I could be granted one wish, I would wish to become a faster runner than Curtis so I could beat him when we race.

I have a story to tell about an injury in my family. I feel bad every time I think about it but I've decided to share my experience online.
