To make Safe Saskatchewan’s Vision and Mission a reality, a strategic direction must be taken. Here are Safe Saskatchewan's three key strategic priorities:

  1. Influence Cultural Transformation: Facilitate and coordinate strategies and activities aimed at transforming Saskatchewan culture and positioning injury prevention as a core value.
  2. Business Development and Stewardship: Secure our organization's future through stewardship of our current founding and strategic partners, and by developing new strategic and project partners to increase our financial resources.
  3. Promote Collaborative, Integrated Injury Prevention Strategies: Support and maintain the strategic development, coordination and promotion of collaborative injury prevention strategies.
